02 — Selected work
Four pieces from the portfolio — modelled in SolidWorks, mated and drawing-ready. Open any card for a 360° view.
Problem — A 3:1 reduction was needed in a compact, coaxial envelope where a standard gear train wouldn't fit.
Solution — A fully-mated star epicyclic train with true involute tooth profiles; sun, planets, ring and carrier regenerate from module, tooth count and pressure angle.
Problem — Two shafts needed a rigid, torque-transmitting connection with drawings a shop could quote and cut from directly.
Solution — A 10-component assembly with hex-bolt fasteners, fully mated, plus a complete production drawing set with BOM and section views.
Problem — A twin-outlet dispenser concept had to become a real, moldable 7-part product with working seals.
Solution — A full assembly — perforated face plates, housing, internals and seals — modelled for injection molding and ready to prototype.
Problem — A load-bearing clevis shackle bolt needed a drawing tight enough to machine and inspect without back-and-forth.
Solution — A single machined part with a fully GD&T-toleranced production drawing — datums, feature control frames and callouts sized for CNC and QA.
